Take the 'Safe at School Survey'
We want to find out if bullying is happening in our school
Please help by answering as honestly as you can
All your answers will be confidential. You will not be asked to give your name. That means that no-one in the school will look at them.
Respect other people’s privacy. Don’t try to see what they are writing or answering on screen
The information makes up a report that comes back to the school so that the school can use your experiences to change, develop and review our anti-bullying strategies. Your information is important
If you have any questions or need help with the questionnaire then please let the member of staff know
If you are worried about bullying or anything else that is happening to you, or if you know someone who you think is being bullied, please don’t suffer in silence. If completing this questionnaire makes you think you, or anyone else needs some help or support then please tell a teacher, a friend, an adult you trust as soon as possible – we will listen and we can help and support you.
Childline on 0800 1111 can offer you confidential support and advice too, and Coastkid at www.coastkid.org also has lots of information and advice for young people
