Hedge Hoppers Running Club

The Portslade Hedgehoppers meet every Tuesday evening in the Sports Centre foyer for a 6.30pm start. They divide into groups according to what distance you would like to cover and how quickly. Whether you want a short walk or a long run, you will always be made very welcome.
