SAUNA
The perfect way to relax the mind and body and soothe aching muscles.
We have saunas in both the ladies' and mens' changing rooms. The cost is £2.70 for Members and £3.40 for Non Members. If you are doing another activity why not have a sauna afterwards? It will then only cost £2.00 It is always worth ringing us first so that we can check the saunas are definitely on and up to temperature.REMEMBER - WHEN NOT TO HAVE A SAUNA:
- Straight after a heavy meal, after drinking alcohol or on a empty stomach.
- If you are on any form of medication without first checking with your G.P.
- If you are diabetic, epileptic, pregnant, have high blood pressure or suffer from any heart trouble.
- If in doubt check with your G.P.
