Trampolining

Juniors

Our mini trampolining session on Mondays 3.30-4.30pm for 4-6 year olds is an ideal opportunity for young children wishing to learn the basic moves. Qualified coaches take the children through the skills required to gain the British Trampolining Association certificates and award badges. Skills range from tuck and straddle jumps right up to forward somersaults. This session is great for children just starting out or for those that have already been to our toddler’s gym sessions. This session also leads on nicely into the class for 6-15 year olds which follows.

Trampolining at PCCLike most of our sports sessions mini trampolining is an open’ session. You can come any week and there is no need to book in advance. Be sure to ring before coming the first time as sessions may stop or take place at different times during the school holidays. The session fee is £2.60. Parents should also bear in mind that children taking part should not wear any jewellery, should have long hair tied back and must wear socks.

Our 6-15’s Junior Trampolining on Monday 4.30-5.30pm is very similar to the class beforehand. This session is an opportunity for 6-15 year olds to come along and enjoy an hour of trampolining under the supervision of one of our qualified coaching staff. The session fee is again £2.60 and is ‘open’ so that anyone can come along anytime. We also offer trampolining on Saturday mornings. 7-10 year olds can come from 9.00-10.15am and 11-16 years olds follow on from 10.15-11.30am. The session fees are £2.80. We again encourage children to practice towards their trampoline badges.
